During the past few years, the external environment of healthcare has undergone many dramatic changes that have affected the entire continuum of care. These changes are forecasted to continue into the foreseeable future; therefore, it is vital that today’s leaders foster a strong culture within their organization in order to implement new processes effectively and maximize those already in place. This session will feature a diagnostic process in the form of 10 questions to apply to a tactic or behavior that one plans to implement to ensure its success. The questions center upon the use of a strong culture to create urgency, communicate transparently and role-model effectively.
