As part of its commitment to make the Family Evaluation of Hospice Care (FEHC) as informative and useful a performance improvement tool as possible, NHPCO has revised the FEHC quarterly reports. The revised FEHC Report differs considerably from the previous report.  In addition to changes in formatting and the introduction of new metrics, the revised report represents a paradigm shift in the presentation of results for quality performance. This session will assist FEHC users with the transition from the old to the new FEHC reports and will provide an opportunity to get answers to specific questions about how to incorporate report results into your QAPI program.
