Hospice markets are increasingly competitive, yet it often only takes one innovative move to change the nature of a market. Every hospice business leader should learn to dance.  “Competition” for  market share is an unfamiliar, somewhat unnerving challenge for many hospice leaders. As a result, our business strategies tend to push us towards being “preservation managers” rather than “opportunity seekers.” This session presents five strategic principles for changing the structure of highly competitive markets. Participants will be given a tool for assessing markets and discovering the key factors that could change their strategic position.
