Faculty will use this interactive workshop to outline the three key elements of integrating outcomes into a hospice organization: alignment of leadership goals; metaphors as motivators; and power of project management [AMP].   After a brief overview of key concepts, details about designing, implementing and evaluating concurrent improvements to clinical practice will be detailed utilizing a case study methodology.  Each of these essential components of AMP will be reviewed along with the actual outcomes providing participants with a road map of how to apply the concepts in their own organizations
