Understanding who the ZPICs are and what they are looking for will help your organization be prepared. Given the heightened scrutiny the government has placed on hospices, the likelihood of an investigation is much greater today than in the past. This session will help you understand the audit process and will draw upon first hand experiences of the presenters.
