2. Demonstrate the value of advance care planning to individuals, community groups and major employers
3. Use tools, techniques and materials to help large numbers of community residents complete advance care plans
Be@Ease is a unique community-wide campaign that repositions advance directives as part of every healthy family's planning for the unexpected.  We'll share our entire process  -how we built a diverse coalition of community partners including local employers; how we created our brand and built out our website;  our training materials, tools and templates for partner internal and community drives; techniques for information capture.  We'll share outcomes and explain how Be @Ease can be implemented by other communities with our turnkey online toolkit.  All BE @Ease materials will be made available to session attendees.
