Many hospice organizations are asking the question: In today’s economic and legal environment, should we restructure into different entities with a parent organization providing supporting management services? This session includes a panel discussion with representatives of hospice organizations and a national tax professional who will discuss the many components of entity restructuring that must be considered. The panel will share their specific experiences and a hindsight look at whether the restructuring accomplished its initial goals and objectives.  Participants will be able to learn from those with experience regarding the restructuring questions providers are facing today.
