1. Identify the information required, both financial and statistical, to appropriately complete the revised Hospice Cost & Data Report
2. Plan for the modification of systems to accomodate data accumulation
3. Report difficult cost reporting transactions
CMS has recently proposed significant revisions to the Hospice Cost & Data Report. This session will provide direction to hospices regarding appropriate completion of the revised report, developing and maintaining the underlying information to complete the report, and reporting significant and difficult transactions.
