An organization’s brand is much more than a logo: it includes everything that conveys your organization’s value to those in your service area. Your brand is communicated through your printed materials, online presence, signage, and most significantly through the words and deeds of staff and volunteers. Creating and nurturing your brand vision, the aspirational goal for your organization’s brand, is essential as you work to differentiate yourself from competitors and communicate your unique value to referral sources, partners and consumers. Participants will learn a 5-step process for creating a brand vision and leave with tools and strategies to create, nurture and communicate the brand vision to internal and external stakeholders.

Learning Objectives:
1. Identify the specific elements of an organization's brand and brand vision
2. Utilize a five-step process to develop and refine your organization's brand vision
3. Develop a brand vision marketing/communications strategy that communicates your organization's unique value to target audiences
