This session will provide financial and operational staff within a hospice some financial fundamentals and benchmarks related to "overhead" in their organization. Faculty will discuss the elements of the organization that contribute to overhead and the importance of developing tools for managing these expenses.

2. Discuss the impact of diversification in reducing the percentage of overhead that is included in your cost structure for hospice services
