This session will explore C-suite successional planning through an interview format engaging the new hospice CEO of Treasure Coast Hospice. This interview will discuss her transition, the organizational culture, the team she is building, and the challenges and opportunities for the organization. Faculty will also summarize the 3 key elements of Treasure Coast’s organizational change under new leadership.  This session will provide actual examples of how one organization accomplished a successful CEO transition and has positioned itself for continued success and stability for the future.
