Never before have so many changes faced hospice providers in such a short amount of time. This session will address the latest information on those changes, what they are, deadlines for implementation and compliance plans to incorporate those changes. Issues discussed will include additional data collection on the claim form, cost report changes, adult failure to thrive and debility, multiple diagnoses on the claim form and more.
