We Honor Veterans (WHV) is a national program that empowers hospices and other community healthcare providers to meet the unique needs of Veterans at the end of life. Through participation in the program, WHV partners have found new and innovative ways to engage their communities and the Department of Veterans Affairs through Hospice-Veteran Partnerships.  Join us as we highlight the value of community partnerships as well as best practices of the WHV program.
