Narrative Based Message Development For Hospice

This session will examine an extensive collaborative project between Wake Forest University and the Hospice of the Piedmont to develop a messaging strategy for the hospice so that they could promote their services in a way that would be relevant to the community it seeks to serve. Faculty will discuss the three phases of this project and describe the lessons learned.

2. Explain the ways in which data can assist in message development
3. Analyze data to develop better messages
