While research shows that effective coaching can increase individual performance by 70%, this leadership competency often goes unmet. Even senior leaders struggle to manage performance, give effective feedback, and address conflict with confidence. This session will address the who, what, where, when, why and how’s of driving organizational excellence, one coaching conversation at a time.

1. Define coaching - what it is, what it isn't, and it benefits for the individual, the manager and the organization
2. Discuss the types of coaching utilized in organizations and answer the question "Why don't we coach?"
3. Identify the keys to a coaching mindset
