Too often, organizations place their emphasis on the “what” or the “how” as they seek to achieve their objectives. Whether you’re looking to grow referral volumes, spark employee engagement and retention, or connect with your community, a focus on your “why” can be a significant difference maker. In this session, we’ll explore the power behind understanding and leveraging “why” as a core differentiator and cultural driver, and we will review core strategies for connecting these dots across a variety of internal audiences, including your management, outreach/sales teams, and clinicians.
