Hospice executives everywhere are facing an unprecedented need to rapidly adapt to continual change. How do we keep our own ideas and leadership fresh and avoid becoming stale? This session will discuss methods for maintaining a learning mindset as an executive and introduce practical methods for enhancing innovative thinking even in an environment of limited resources.
