End-of-life care delivery sits at the heart of most ethical dilemmas in health care today. The Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) is confronted daily with these issues and is the frontline responder to ethical challenges as they arise. The focus of the session will explore what the IDT can do to maximize their handling of potential ethical dilemmas.

Learning Objectives:
1. Identify common ethical challenges confronted by the IDT
2. Describe how the IDT members currently handle ethical issues
3. Outline mechanisms for addressing ethical questions that arise
