Building a quality framework for organizational performance starts with understanding the needs of patients, their families and the team. Utilizing a quality organizational performance framework provides an opportunity and structure for strengthening team performance. This session will highlight the key drivers to creating a quality performance framework that delivers outstanding results. Faculty will share a self-assessment checklist to evaluate an organization’s quality performance framework and provide the pathways for improvement.
