2. Describe what government says about testing the effectiveness of a hospice compliance program
3. Identify operational challenges in implementing an effective compliance program

This presentation will provide a practical perspective on how to implement an effective compliance program in a hospice organization. Faculty will review government recommendations and describe the seven components of a compliance program including the implementation issues hospices will face in implementing and documenting effectiveness.
