The speed, complexity and unpredictability of change that now challenges hospice and palliative care leaders are straining our capacities to the breaking point. To succeed in this new era, we need new change management strategies. In this session, you will learn what agile leadership looks like in practice, how to assess it and how to develop it. This session will include an overview of a research-based change leader model that offers innovative tools for adapting to changing circumstances.
