With today's ever-changing climate, leadership-mentoring opportunities increase individual and organizational growth. Effective leaders use mentoring as a tool to develop their staff. In this session, learn how to unlock the potential of the individuals in your organization. Mentoring is an informal, time honored legacy fostering learning and change. Faculty will focus on the foundations of mentoring, finding a mentor and tips for mentoring others.
