2. Identify caregiver program implementation strategies and resources
3. Interpret the impact caregivers can have on the overall care of a hospice patient
Hospice providers recognize the important role caregivers have in the total care provided. This session is for those who want to stand apart and demonstrate that you recognize family/caregiver challenges. This presentation will provide the framework for implementing a program that will aid in the role of the family and caregivers and lead the way to achieving caregiver initiatives projected in the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) budget.
