This presentation will provide information on establishing an education program using a preceptor as an educator, performance improvement analyst and clinical care specialist to ensure education is transferred to application and meets quality assurance expectations. Faculty will explain how to create an open and trusting environment where staff will ask for help as well as review indicators that show how this innovative program has improved patient care, compliance and staff satisfaction while reducing staff turnover.
