It’s never too soon to plan for transition in executive leadership. Whether planned or unplanned, an organization that has established policies and processes to ensure continuity of executive leadership will confidently face changes that are hopefully infrequent, but none-the-less inevitable.  Today’s session will provide key tips for successful CEO transition, including insights from a panel of CEOs who recently assumed new roles in different settings and circumstances.
