Positioning your organization to succeed through change requires an understanding of what change is and the emotions and behaviors it evokes. This session will explore how to get the team motivated and on board by getting the "right people on the right seats on the bus" and then prepare the team with the right tools to manage change; identify goals and objectives; create a culture of accountability; understand responses to change and identify roadblocks to change.
