High quality care and a healthy bottom line can, and should, coexist.  Using specific, measurable, realistic and deadline-oriented objectives, this presentation will detail how CEOs, clinical directors, finance managers and performance improvement specialists can utilize commitment and accountability to create an actionable methodology for excellent patient care and a positive financial margin.  Participants will learn how a hospice with an ADC of approximately 100 engages and leads staff to achieve the very highest level of patient care while practicing financial stewardship resulting in healthy margins.
