Based on ten years of experience growing a six person Massotherapy team in hospice and palliative care, this presentation will review how a Massotherapy program can be formed and funded.  You will learn how to recruit and train qualified Massotherapists, integrate a Massotherapy program within the Interdisciplinary Team and track results to assure quality and enable program growth.  A brief demonstration of commonly used techniques for pain control and symptom management will conclude the session.
