In the face of possible decreasing rates, certain increased regulatory scrutiny, the possibility of payment slowdowns and a new payment methodology, what steps can a hospice take now to forge strong links between quality of care and productivity? Participants in this session will find out – and return to their programs with a self-assessment tool to assist in the development of an effective action plan.
