This session is designed to provide guidance to executives and managers in actively nurturing innovative thinking, behavior and identifying effective roles for team members.  Team success lies with understanding personalities, contributions and allowing open and respectful communication. Along with discussion and video about the dimensions of innovation, a self-assessment profile will be introduced and explored in groups to help participants find, integrate and execute ideas into work teams without causing organizational conflict or stress and/or stall team productivity.
