The future is always uncertain. We can respond to financial uncertainty in one of two ways - with a plan or without one. As financial leaders, it behooves us to have a plan. We need to build capital strategies that shore up our valuable resources and build them into the future. This session presents a simple, yet innovative model for capital management. Participants will be given examples of how an organization can use its capital plan to prioritize its program funding decisions, bridge its capital gaps and maximize the use of its scarcest resource.
