Hospice providers are under the watchful eyes of numerous auditors and regulatory agencies that are scrutinizing clinical practices and documentation.  There are “hot” areas of regulatory compliance that continue to be problematic and are commonly misinterpreted by hospice providers.  To increase the likelihood of a successful survey or audit, this session will discuss key areas of the regulations that hospice providers need to understand to ensure compliance and accuracy with hospice documentation.
