2. Identify components of a robust, proactive QAPI program with future quality measure reporting requirements
3. Describe at least 3 NQF-endorsed measures for palliative care and end-of-life care
While the final rule has been published outlining the quality measure reporting requirements for FY2014, it is clear that more requirements will be coming. Quality management, and not just measurement, will be the key to success.  This session will help participants identify ways to create a robust, rich QAPI program incorporating satisfaction, clinical outcomes, process measures and employee engagement to get on the right path to public reporting.
