Building on the groundbreaking research of authors Dave Logan, John King and Halee Fischer-Wright, this half day program will introduce participants to a framework for thinking about how they lead their organization, how they manage and lead their staff and how to go about transforming the culture of their organization into the collaborative environment every hospice intends to be.
