This session will describe the methodology in designing a Falls Reduction QAPI (Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement) project and the metrics used to monitor the program outcomes. Join faculty for a lively discussion regarding the effectiveness of a Falls Reduction Program, including proper interventions and education for clients, caregivers and hospice staff.
