Few things are more frustrating for hospices than repeatedly implementing corrective action plans only to see the problem reoccur with the next regulatory evaluation. Clearly our efforts are not producing a sustained improvement in performance. This informative session will challenge attendees to examine the myths commonly associated with correcting deficiencies to produce sustained performance improvement with 5 of the most commonly cited hospice deficiencies. Participants will explore how to use leading practices to leverage the effective use of systems and processes to achieve reliable remediation of these all too frequently recurrent deficiencies.
