As you provide your hospice services, are you prepared to seek new opportunities? As hospices focus on their day-to-day services, they can become complacent and have tunnel vision. As all of healthcare evolves, no one can afford to do that and survive. How well are you positioned to evolve in a changing environment? This session will explore and discuss basic considerations for hospice leaders to move their organizations forward.
