Hospice leaders have listened to a litany of how-to’s for surviving an economic downturn for some time which has resulted in a focus limited to marginal cost improvements amidst cultures of uncertainty and fear. In this session, explore what has changed, what remains the same and implications for the future of your organization. Using the framework for change put forward in Switch: How to Change Things When Change is Hard, this session will examine a model that can support change as hospices proactively address challenges.
