1. Identify their primary style of communication: driver, analytical, expressive, amiable
2. Discuss the traits and behaviors of their style of communication
3. Adapt at least two strategies for flexing to the style(s) of others
Effective communication is the foundation for success in both our personal and professional relationships. In this interactive workshop, participants will have an opportunity to determine their primary style of communication, and its strengths and challenges. In addition, faculty will discuss "body language", blocks to effective listening and review etiquette for contemporary modes of communication like e-mail, cell phone and texting.
